Reminder
According to SFC guidelines, certified witness persons include registered notary, registered accountant, lawyer, president of bank branch and responsible officer(RO).
Hong Kong’s Bank Account Proof should include name of bank, name of account and number of account, e.g. Account Opening Notice and Bank Statement.
Cheque: a crossed cheque issued by a licensed bank in Hong Kong. The cheque should be payable to: LEADING SECURITIES COMPANY LIMITED. For cheque with amount ≥HKD10,000, name of the client should be printed on the cheque, and the signature should be the same as the one on account opening form.
The above list may not be comprehensive and we may request you for other documents or information not contained in the list for account opening. If you are not able to provide such document or information, your application may be delayed or rejected.
